This is one of my posts where the three topics have nothing to do with each other. However, the title is catchy.
So we’ve all heard the phrase “too much of a good thing”, right? Think that can’t be applied to coffee? So last night I bought some Folger’s Gourmet Vanilla Biscotti - yumm! Dilema is that I use a lot of creamer in my coffee and this morning I had a little Pumpkin Spice and a little Chocolate, Caramel. Can you see where this is going? Yea, too little of each but together . . . enough to flavor my java. I did drink it but the whole time I’m thinking “I’m an idiot. I’m an idiot”. So moral of the story is: flavors are good but you can have too many of them at one time and it will ruin a perfectly good cup of coffee. Live and learn. Live and learn.
Kisses- WOW! did you see Lost last night?? That kiss between Sawyer and Kate has got to go down in the books or something. Can we say “come hither”? It reminded me of the kiss between Michael Vartan (be still my heart) and Drew Barrymore in Never Been Kissed (one of my ALL time favorites) - very, VERY good kiss.
I was up late last night and was flipping through the channels when I saw Kristin Chenoweth on a late night show. “Hey, it’s Kristin” I said, like I knew her back in the day. She was singing . . . Taylor the Latte Boy. I inhaled deeply and released with a contented sigh with a smile on my face. I thought back to when Elisabeth visited and I first introduced her to the song and it became “our song”. Well, that may not be true but it was a bonding moment. Such a fun song - it made my night and I could finally go to sleep.
